I hate being informed wrong though. Evenmore, when it is aired.

The very first episode. There is a part about a men from Germany.

The narrator says German, sometimes named Deutschland. Surprise for you here... the Germans call their country Deutschland! It is the name of their country.

Then it goes on... Naming the person from Germany Dutch!

Dutch are not the people living in Germany. You might want to call them Deutsch, but not Dutch.

Dutch are the people who live in the Netherlands.

Please be sure your data is correct. You give wrong info and people probably believe this.

This "Travel Channel" series called "Beyond the Unknown" is interesting and informative as it's a showcase and display of the strange and weird of the world! Each episode is narrated and features interviews with experts and witnesses and stories and footage featured as you guessed it involves plenty about ghosts, monsters, Bigfoot, aliens and the typical paranormal. Also shown are displays and strange discoveries that are on display in actual museums of the weird as the series has a little bit of a "Ripley's Believe It or Not" feel. Good quality series that provides answers and continues thought with the viewer the info is mind numbing and this series celebrates and honors the strange and weird in fine fashion.

These are not new stories. They are resorted stories from Mysteries at the Museum. If you've watched most of the MATM episodes, don't waste your time watching these.

It's an enjoyable show, but they need to fact check their research before airing. In almost every episode there are multiple inconsistencies or incorrect parts. Ie; in S3-Ep10, the mystery of Ambrose Small - he (and his theatre) was from London Ontario, not Toronto Ontario. So when they say they dredged the lake in Toronto, that makes no sense.

This isn't a documentary series it's more of a cluster of conspiracy theories and myths all poorly presented.
