Oh, my. This was one of those movies that you wonder how it was ever made. Believe me...I get that all movies can't be A-list or B-list or even C-list. And I support indie films 100%. Some of my favorite movies are indie flicks made on a shoestring budget. But I'm afraid this was made in a way where nothing really seemed to work: acting, writing, dialogue, cinematography, story line, etc. Even the music seems ill-timed and out of place.

I also understand the idea of acting and creating for the love of doing it but if you get to a certain age and you haven't hit some level of success, maybe stick to community theater and YouTube?

Possibly one of the worst movies I have ever seen, I knew it was bad in the first 5 minutes but I watched it all just to see how bad it truly was.There were at least 2 lines spoken in the movie that were repeated up to 3 times (a conversation in the diner towards the end for example), it was just so surprisingly bad... The best part of the movie was from 1:16.10 to 1:16.33 at best, also the music was good... or at least I can say not much different than what you might hear in other movies that aren't bad. The best actor in the movie is obviously Michael Winslow but oh my, what have you done to yourself Michael being in this production!? I'm really not sure how on earth this movie has generated a rating of 5.7/10

Regrettably giving 2 stars as I should give it only 1 to bring the rating down... 1 for Michale Winslow and 1 for the music.

Todd not a cohesive movie by even the kindest stretch. Todd is not Drama, Mystery, Thriller, and it's certainly not a horror movie, despite the horror-movie-esque poster art. Todd is a master class in too many cooks and not a single workable idea. I would have rather seen 3 short character studies (with script doctoring and plot work). I didn't so here we are.

Todd (2021) is unrated but I would rate it PG-13 for swears, brief and pointless sexytimes, implied violence, and random pill taking. It's also a very painful 91 minutes, so I've done all I can. And after the movie pops off its "climactic" ending, the movie continues ANOTHER 15 MINUTES reflecting on how this maniac changed all of their lives for the better.

The movie was a real chore to watch. Most of it is extremely boring. The pace is too slow. It has almost no excitement at all. Laura Stetman was the only standout, otherwise it was not really worthwhile at all.

Why make this thing? It's so freaking bad. Like literally everything sucks. The acting, directing, plot, dialogue, structure, everything. It's so so so bad. Was it meant to be funny? I hope so, but if you're going to make a bad movie go the birdemic route. At least that one is funny. This is just a waste of time, money and energy. Trash! Avoid at all costs.

Todd is a very strange person. What hit home with me is I see people like this all the time. Mental illness is all over the world so with me saying that I think the movie hit a home run tackling this very issue.

Watching tubi last night and I always search my name to find movies and Todd pops up. What a strange little film but I watched it. Telling all my friends about this one to add to our drinking games just like the movie the room.

Wow what a cast! Great film we've got going on here, with loads of thrills and chills that will make your spine crawl in the best way possible. Hans Hernke is perfect as the classic lonely serial killer Todd. Kind've got a Dexter thing going on here. This is a film I would watch reputedly and like clockwork is never fails to bring drama every 10 minutes. This is not a film to miss as you'll be left wanting more due to great characters and their performances by such a great group of actors. A sequel could be arranged for this thriller? I'm not sure I aint a filmmaker but I do know that this film is excellent.

Just watched Todd on Tubi today wow for a independent film not bad at all. For me it could have had more horror in it but over all Todd was just plan creepy and all ways kept me guessing. Must see if your on tubi.

Thought the director took time on development of the story, and brought the story to light well. And on the budget that they had did a great job for a independent film. I thought the sound production was really well done!

A nicely done film with solid, moving performances by the entire cast! Excellent cinematography, sound, and musical score. A good job by the film's director, steering the story's wheel, keeping that dramatic edge moving along at a steady pace throughout. Well done!

Captivating performance from Hans Hurnke who plays Todd in this drama! Accurately depicts the the unstable mind in a wild story of Todd. The film is well laid out with twists and turns from all characters involved. Sit back and try to relax as this movie will have you questioning what Todd will do next.

Could have used more thriller but I seen all the creepy I needed with Todd dude needs a huge hug. And that Dr Miller what a di*k lol. All in all for a low budget film on Tubi 1 and a half thumbs up.

AWESOME story line!!! They did an AMAZING job with the budget they had. Cannot wait to see what's next!!!! I loved TODD'S personality..so mysterious. Nice twists! Love the cinematography and acting.

For the budget on this film they did good for what they had. I caught this film on Tubi and have to say not bad for what I am seeing at all. Would love to see what they come up with next.

Like we and my girls watched Todd, like what is his problem Amy is like so nice. BAd Todd BAD. I had a DR. Like that what a Meany Head. Go watch Todd drinking party.

This was a classic psychological thriller.

What's fascinating is how the main character, Todd, essentially sacrifices himself for the people around him, inspiring them to change for the better.

Todd's life becomes a tragedy with a purpose.

Growing up in the 80s I had Fascination for these types of films. Like a lot of people my age growing up with Troma films and Kevin Smith. It's always fun to see a film like this come out who does it for the love of a movie even the art. I will say a film like Todd isn't for every person. But for the ones that get it I applaud you. When it comes to mental illness in the everyday struggles of life you find this movie hit a home-run even if it reaches just one person and changes their life it's all for the better and the love of Cinema.

Wow stay away from this guy. Todd is odd beyond odd. Dr. Miller need to give this guy a chill pill. Todd No means no my guy damn. Why Amy not let my guy in Todd just wanted some love.

This was a very good movie for what they were given to make it. The plot was a really good concept and it was executed very well in my opinion. I would watch it again for the first time if I could. I think everyone should give it a try and watch it even though some of the ratings say otherwise. They took what they were given and made a movie out of it and I would say it was a good movie with good elements to it. I enjoyed it and would love to see more from them in the future and what they could do with a bigger budget as well, I think this could really turn into something bigger and I would love to see it!!

Todd hit home with me for having mental illness this was the type of film I needed to see. Yes is was very low budget but I didn't watch it for that. I watched it for the message the movie did so well.

Todd is definitely a tragedy. I appreciated the overall message of the film, and Hans is wonderfully perfect. I would recommend to anyone who has battled mental illness.
