The film start with boring scenes followed by a song in the first 5 minutes...the comedy scenes are not up to the mark,especially that of dharmajan's..poor direction and screenplay..still don't know why it is rated 5.8

The scriptwriter was trying desperate to make us laugh, but (as usual for Jayaram movies nowadays) ended as a joyless unworthy ride. The first half is simply trash, whereas second half gets some credits. Overall, a forgettable ordinary movie with a cliche story.

I don't know why people didn't enjoy these type of comedy entertainers with good story.. Now people are obsessed with realistic movies.. This is a fun rider..

A descent good movie. Jayaram's recent best movie.

My Great Grand Father is a perfect example of obnoxiously poor filmmaking thanks to its unconditioned and illogical storyline, poor plot continuity, extremely misogynistic sequences, and a sheer lack of humor despite the promise. TN.
