This series has the most twisted premise in television history: people allow themselves to be tattooed with artwork they have not seen or approved, designed by someone they do not trust.

I don't know why anyone would appear on this show, but I know why someone would watch it---morbid curiosity.

Hosts Snooky and Nico keep the mood light, but they don't sugarcoat anything.

This version is really quick, the episodes are short without much substance. They give away what the tattoos are before you even get to see them. The reactions aren't as good so I wonder if the tattoos are even real. I love Nico but there isn't enough of them!

This show is the definition of cringe. It's so hard to watch. It's probably not real but it's just so bad. Part of you wants to keep watching just to see the tattoos but the people's reactions are the worst part.

This is quite the cringe show sometimes that is like every other MTV show. It's silly fun that I watch I the toilet.

This show is absolutely incredible. Deserves every award there is!

God the tattoo artists have to check their ethics at the door... To me it's the equivalent of letting your friend choose an elective surgery for you, especially with the bigger tattoos like... Dang dude, this is life changing stuff and the artists are like "man paychecks are GREAT! Eff my ethical responsibility to do good work that the client is explicitly okay with, just sign the waiver and let's goooooooot!" Yeah I love it, this show is amazing. Great job on digging your way down to a brand new low, keep it up PLEASE!
