Deliler Fatih'in Ferman?

I struggle to find the words to describe just how bad this movie is. This is below b-movie grade. You would probably have to be a stoned Turkish Nationalist to appreciate this movie's absurd premise and to view the Turkish invaders of Wallachia as the "good guys". There is a lot of great Turkish cinema out there, but this is not part of it.

Neo-ottoman propaganda movie where Turkish invaders are the good guys and Romanians who defend their own country are the bad guys. It looks good though and if you can forget about its complete historical inaccuracy it's an enjoyable movie.

I enjoy watching historical dramas and action films. I knew immediately when I saw Vlad on the screen in the opening of the film that I rented a real "turkey"... pun intended. So obviously Turkish propaganda. Oh, well...I guess I'll watch it tonight, maybe it'll put me to sleep or give me a laugh. On the plus side, their are some very handsome actors, so that helps a bit, haha! I guess if you're Turkish you might enjoy this film, otherwise I would pass.

I regret to say that this movie is so superficially made and lacking historical accuracy that I could hardly stand to watch it till the end as a Turk. You can clearly see the abuse of viewers' interest in historical movies. The subject matter and the title arouse interest but content is terrible. A good way to waste your 2 hours.
