I loved the serie "Ugly Betty" and so wanted to love this. And it has many of the boxes ticked. They just to kill off Betty and her father, then it will be a great series!!

So entertaining. I could not stop watching. It made me laugh and cry. I loved loved it. Wonder if you there is a season 2.

I loved this show, I just couldn't stop watching.. to be honest I found more entertaining than Ugly Betty.

I loved Couldn't stop watching the series . The whole cast were fabulous actors, sets beautifully done. Elfer who played Betty is a wonderful funny and dramatic actress for one so young. And the boy Mauricio a great comedian and actor.

Loved them all.

Please make more comedies with these great people

This show has helped me get through stage 4 isolation here in Australia. The highs and lows of Betty and Armondo were brilliant to watch. The whole cast were fantastic in their roles.

A must watch. Even my daughter loved it.

Can't believe there's 123 episodes. They're all the same. Bullying, encouraging to lie and hide the truth as a main topic, live in a plastic world, insultos (muchos), and just to many shouts.

I remember the original Betty that was smoothly treated badly and all the characters were more polite and funny. This one just makes me urhg. In addition I'd warn and say that it is not recommended for older than 13 years old unless you are living and thinking as so at your 20,30,40-80.

This show and it's wonderfully expressive characters brought me so much joy during Covid lockdown in Melbourne, Victoria. What a wonderful distraction the romance and antics of gorgeous Armando and Betty have been. So good in fact that once I started it was hard to stop watching !!! I was sad to finish this series. Time for a rewatch :)

Comedy, romance , happy endings and great acting is what this show is all about . I'm actually taking my time to watch season 1 as I don't want it to end ! Please hurry and make Season 2

When I saw that there were 123 episodes, I thought I wasn't going to watch it till the end but it was so entertaining that I watched all the episodes. Not only the main plot, but most of the sub plots were very interesting and fun. I laughed a lot because it was really very funny and the cast was very successful. If you are a rom-com fan, you'll surely enjoy it a lot. It is a pity that it is underrated.

It was just painful to watch.

Every character lacks the charm that made the original actually funny (they ditched catchphrases, traits... They only kept the annoying aspects of every character) It's surprisingly homophobic for something that was released in 2019.

This is just a bad adaptation and there was absolutely no need for it.

Too long and boring. The actress who plays beatriz is good in acting but is ugly even after the makeover and no where near the actress who plays Marcela (look wise). Also the character beatriz is not that innocent and very manipulative in her own ways. I had seen the US version of Ugly Betty. Even in that the america ferrea was a good actress but ugly and overrated even after the makeover which seems to be a common theme. That was for 3 seasons. It was not award worthy or anything but somehow it was funny, entertaining and watchable. Havent seen the original spanish version but i am sure it is much better since it is the original. This show runs for 123 episodes with more or less the same story everytime. It gets little bit more interesting towards the end with all the plotting and scheming when betty gets a makeover but it is very painfully boring to watch before the makeover. Watch at 1.5x speed and can skip many scenes that are just fillers eg the scenes with the squad and patricia who is another horrible actress btw. They were too kind to the character. Should have killed the character in some accident. So annoying! I watched the series out of curiosity. It is an okay one time watch.

Till Betty was the old one serie was good .

I love the characters chemestry, even the story line is quite the same I loved the fresh side that they created. Loved Erick Elias as Armando😍 He did a good job portrayed him. For me is it a very good telenovela.

I really enjoy Betty in NY new version 2019. This new version is pretty funny and some of the characters are really good and credible ..... However, Betty needs to get at least a New Fashionable clothes!! I hope that your tv plot is reasonable enough to finally change the way she dresses in MIAMI! And In a Fashion world surrounded by beautiful people! And running around South Beach wearing military boots and long sleeve buttoned up shirts!!! It is totally outrageous, remotely feasible, very tacky! and to top it all off Betty has 2 Fashion icons good looking man after HER!??? That is not even funny! And as woman I believe it sends the wrong message! Hope u make some changes to Betty's image along with personality!

Honestly is a full copy of the Spanish serial Yo Soy Bea. I saw that serial long time ago and it was really nice, so now I have a 100% dejavu but instead of Spanish actors and the place where it hapens Spain, this serial is with Latin American actors and takes place in NY.

I don't know why that series has so many top ratings. The actors are bad to average. The plot is really bad, most of the roles acting stupidly all the time, even Betty... The company V&M is a horrible company in all manners, mangers without any competences, managers bullying their employees, employees mobbing others all the time. It is just a pain to watch that series. After some some episodes, many of the kind characters turn around and start to be unfaithful. They jump on the hate train against Betty. Woman are especially made superficial and stupid, especially Patricia the ugliest role in the series.
