The plot is ridiculous. The acting is poor and there's lots of action. This movie has the potential to be on a WolfCop or Veloicipastor level, but it falls a bit short. All that said: I'm locked in.

I watched Vixen, and it's about Liu Yang, a security tech company director who gets caught up in a terrifying attack at an international conference. I liked how the movie balanced intense action with Liu Yang's personal struggles, especially her complicated relationship with Peng Yiming. The action scenes were exciting and well-paced. I was genuinely tense during the ventilation shaft sequence and the final fight. What I appreciated most was how Liu Yang isn't some superhero - she makes mistakes and gets scared, which made her feel real. Some of the villains were a bit cliché, and a couple of plot twists were predictable, but overall it was a good time. The ending was satisfying, especially the little scene at the amusement park, which gave a nice sense of closure.

Vixen is a story of empowerment from start to finish. The main character starts in a place where it feels like everything is falling apart, but then she activates her "Buff," and her journey of transformation begins. It's a thrilling ride of determination and strength.
