It is mentioned a few times throughout the movie that Sarah Hyland is a younger girl friend of Tyler James Williams. However in reality, Williams is younger than Hyland by two years. Additionally, it's also mentioned that he is "deep into his 20s" at 29, but at the release of the movie and born in 1992, and this would make Williams only 27.
Sarah Hyland and Anna Camp have both acted with Adam Devine. Sarah played his girlfriend in Modern Family (2009), whilst Anna has acted with him in Pitch Perfect (2012) and its sequel Pitch Perfect 2 (2015).
