Traveling Wilburys: Inside Out

The version available of Traveling Wilburys' clip for "Inside Out" doesn't begin with the alleged orchestra warm up, or if there is such opening done. What I saw was a performance from the supergroup as Bob Dylan, George Harrison, Jeff Lynne and Tom Petty make pairings while sharing a mic to mimic the exact parts each one of them sings either on duos or alone (Petty has a special part during the chorus, as the other three sing together), and a couple of moments of Jim Keltner rocking the drums.

It's a typical old school format of editing, close-ups here and there, with movements captured through the guys performance, appearing and disappearing between shots rather than following some action. The enthusiasm from the group's song and their act is all there for everyone to see and admire, one of their most inspired and interesting moments, but it's sad that it didn't become a hit single (at least not in here, but none of their early 1990's singles were known). It's always lovely to hear their voices together in complete harmony. 9/10.
