Ara Go was the most annoying main character. They just kept making her storyline go in a circle over and over. I just can't stand that she always has to be right, always is the innocent one, and always cries when things don't go her way. It's annoying. The drama was way better when it focused more on the other characters, plus, her "I'm the saviour" attitude gets really boring after a while.
I just kept hoping they would kill her off and often wonder what it would be like without her or with a different actress.
The first 13 (out of 16) episodes were so fun to watch. The last 3? I had to watch them using the Netflix's skip button so I could know the 🙄 Koreans just don't know when or how to end their shows, this 16 episode obligation is ridiculous.
The final set of conflicts was overplayed and overcooked.

I liked everything about this drama. The cast were excellent, the storylines were varied and held my attention. But I could only give it 5 stars. And that is entirely sure to the main character. She was incredibly annoying. She cried literally 5 times per episode in all but 2 episodes. Every time she opened her mouth she looked like she'd burst into tears. It ruined the show, which is a shame as it would otherwise have been a 8 star review.
This show was quite melodramatic at times, though I certainly cared enough about the main characters to want to keep watching. There was a bit of overkill when it came to the use of emotive background music.
I usually love legal dramas, but Miss Hammurabi compared to, say, Suspicious Partner, for me falls a little short of the mark. It didn't really have one overarching mystery that got solved in the end, so felt a bit haphazard.
I wanted more closure on one of the main cases that we saw the judges handle - it would have been satisfying to see more justice served there. All in all the loose ends were tied up satisfactorily though.
In summation: this was an "all right" drama that didn't make it to my faves list.

At first it was okay and l like the story line. However, I felt the main character Ara Go was vexing at some times. Her character of being right all the time without thinking of the consequences made me feel really irritating. She makes messy situation and at the same time she cries bitterly for what happened.
