The movie unfolds subtly with new information being given gradually and very naturally throughout the story. The viewer then realizes the conclusions every character is drawing for his own view on justice and righteousness and for his value system. Typical example of deep characters in a story.

The pace is fast, and if you turn your head you might miss a cue.. The acting is brilliantly natural; the direction is flawless. I was greatly touched by this movie.

It's heartening to watch a detective story produced by an Egyptian company not that I know much about Egyptian cinema. But it feels that this one is grounded and tells a sensible story with a little mystery thrown in.

It asks an important question which is difficult to answer in real life. As one of the characters says: there comes a time in a man's life when he must do something he doesn't like to do for the sake of those closest to him. And both Dr. Yaseen and Maha Awny agree.

Competent actors for the lead characters. The no-nonsense manner the film was produced is palpable. For this, it's a film worth your while to watch.
