How to intoduce your main character. NOT!!!

If you introduce the main character behind the wheel of a car, like some dumb cow apping or texting or whatever, almost getting into an accident not once, but twice, you can't expect people to have any sympathy for the girl. So the first two minutes ruined the movie for me... Without the dumb beginning I would give it 5 stars.

Please ignore reviewers that say they didn't watch the complete movie

I never trust the word of someone who gives up half way through. Why would I consider your review legitimate if you don't even have the patience to watch the whole thing before reviewing it?

That being said.. this is just your basic run of the mill horror story,' 4.1

It had a potential but if fell flat. The feeling I've seen this movie before throughout the entire movie. The acting was bad. I've seen worse but not by much. Both girls had ways of using the game to live longer and get revenge on people who wronged them but no that would have been too sensible for them. The girls were too dumb. I'm surprised they lasted as long as they did. No real jump scares. I watched to the end hoping it got better. It did not.

Serviceable film but tired with cliches

So...if you play the satanic game, you are actually going to die. Ho hum. Some decent acting but cliched tired plot doesn't save the day. Not a total waste but also not necessary to watch.

Not bad at all

At the start it seemed like it was going to be very low budget, bad horror movie. But somehow the two girls carried off a pretty dumb plot quite well and kept me on board till the end. They deserve better. Cadence had nice hair. In fact I spent way too much time looking at her hair! The style of the movie had a bit of an original Twilight Zone feel to it. If there were jump scenes I must have missed them. Definitely better than the 4 it's got. I gave it a 6.

After seeing the premiere at the Texas Frightmare horror movie convention, The Film Flamers reviewed the film on an episode of their podcast published on June 24th, 2019. Despite giving the film a fairly good rating and recommending the film to their listeners, the director of the film heard their review and called in to their hotline and left 3 voicemails, at least one of them irate. These voicemails can be heard on a later episode of The Film Flamers podcast, titled "Shooting the Flames Sep '19: When a Strange Director Calls", published on September 9th, 2019.
