    Everyone should see this documentary.

This documentary is a must-see for anyone who wants to understand the impact of the internet on our brains and our lives. It is well-researched, informative, and thought-provoking. The filmmakers explore the ways in which the internet has changed our brains, our attention spans, and our ability to focus. They also discuss the negative effects of social media on our mental health and our relationships.

We are now constantly bombarded with information, and our brains have become accustomed to getting a quick fix of dopamine from every new notification or message. This has made it difficult for us to focus on anything for more than a few minutes at a time. (I'm guilty of this, working hard to change it)

The documentary also explores the negative effects of social media on our mental health. Social media can make us feel isolated and disconnected from the world around us. It can also lead to anxiety, depression, and feelings of inadequacy, comparison is indeed the thief of joy.

The experts interviewed argue that we need to find a way to balance our use of technology with our need for real-world connection. We need to take breaks from the internet and social media, and we need to make time for activities that are not screen-based.

This documentary is an important wake-up call about the impact of the internet on our lives. It is a reminder that we need to be mindful of our digital habits and that we need to find a way to use technology in a way that is healthy and fulfilling.

In short, it is healthy for us, biological creatures, to touch grass from time to time and get away from anything artificial.

    Pretentious and obvious and wrong

It is done pretentiously, whether you except it's premise or not. Beyond that it makes the often heard heard claim that our screens are making us less intelligent and are bad for us. They have no data to support any of this. The IQ rate of the world is going up, they even say that. If you look at total books sold, e-books included, the rate of books sold this year is 4% higher than last year. More people are reading more books. The reservoir of ignorance left in our country (30 some percent) is a real danger. This film wants to warn us about dangers that don't exist.

Confronting a topic we all know affects us, but try so hard to obfuscate.

Includes interviews with many people in the field of social media and many tech people who absolutely know what they are talking about.

The fact that this film hasn't gained the traction it deserves lies in the simple fact that we do not want to know the truth about what social media is doing to our societies because we are addicted to it.

This film cuts right to the heart of the matter, which some will no doubt find uncomfortable. They talk to the people who were involved in writing the algorithms and assisted in founding the very tech companies responsible for the mess we find ourselves in today. It should be required viewing.
