Beautiful short available on Vimeo

I don't often write reviews on IMDb, but came across this short on Vimeo the other day and it's great. Featuring a couple of days in life of a young girl living in a cheap apartment in the city, navigating existence with an absentee father and a mother who might as well be, it's sad, poignant, and moving. The performances are all excellent, especially from the sweet and prodigious female lead, and the lovely actor playing her concerned neighbour. The dialogue was very natural, the story brilliantly followed the adage 'show don't tell'... I would love to see a full-length feature from the director.
