The movie is one more master piece from the makers of Pelli Choopulu. Very authentic. The movies just passes the time to a great extent. It smoothly runs through out from the start to the end, only because of the performances of Sree Vishnu and Nivetha Pethuraj, Sivaji Raja. The emotion, family, comedy are the high lights of the film. It is such a simple movie, yet very concentrated in its simplicity that will not let you down for sure.

The only part I felt should have been better, is the way Aravind gets close to Swecha after a momentary breakup. Aravind should have earned it properly before he gets along with her again, but it looked more like he was requesting and begging the lady for the marriage.

Basically I don't like this type of genres.but this film gives me a thought.that I really didn't expect.no one wants to be an option in others life..I really loved that ..

Mental Madhilo Mental colloquially is Telugu is mentally unstable. The title thus translates to mentally unstable mentally.

The unstable actor struggles to mentally decide with options.

The titular point is effectively portrayed on screen without beating around the bushes. The projection of the lead roles is crisp and clear. All the three lead characters carried the projection with ease. The emotional switch requested by the script is captured at quantum required. Absence of separate comedy track and songs made the viewer to stick to the seat without disappointment. The supporting roles filled the blanks exactly like heroes characterization, no option only choice types.

Mental Madhilo is absolutely good film. One of its kind. First hour is too good. But second hour doesn't reach our expectations. Still it gives us ok feeling. The concept is good ..the Screenplay is very good but when character renu it makes u feel uncomfortable why the hell is happening like this. It was all about confusion. This movie is Something different when compared to regular kind of cinema. Songs are biggest plus. Bgm is good. The total Bombay episode is nothing but to sit and watch. Some people find it interesting. It's just my opinion. Thanks to Preclimax and climax. Those scenes were really good. Locations are okay. Performances are good. Finally Vivek Athreya.. A Gem in writing. Recommended
