Casanova Wong stars and Hwang Jang-Lee does a Where's Waldo?

It starts with a guy working in a field gets a reminder from his teacher to be constantly ready to defend. Casanova Wong, the lead, plays the fighter who must not fight. He puts on a mask and defeats nine Japanese at once. His teacher then beats him up. He leaves to learn more. He finds a teacher but he has an evil ulterior motive.

My copy is a digital file that plays as wide screen on a HDTV and is English dubbed by the A team of voice overs. It often cuts to 4:3 size and not dubbed. There are also a few segments that are just missing.

Hwang Jang-Lee is credited but he escaped my notice.

The fights are good and frequent. They are mostly hand to hand. There are no special moments or amazing fight moves. I rate it simply average for the year and genre.
