Avis à la une
Not from a perspective of comparing with equivalent hollywood movies, but considering that it tells the raw story of how and what turkey faced. I got here after watching Boru. If you haven't watched that series/movie do watch that too.
I understand that some viewers might compare it to Hollywood films, criticizing aspects like the VFX, storytelling, or its dramatic, slow-paced approach. Others might argue that the storyline isn't as flashy or fast-moving as big-budget blockbusters. But let's be fair-even Hollywood's most acclaimed movies, like Top Gun: Maverick, have unrealistic plots at times.
What makes this film exceptional is that it's a local Turkish production, crafted with incredible passion and determination. The acting is outstanding-Burak and Kerim delivered phenomenal performances, bringing depth and emotion to their roles. The entire team behind this project deserves praise for their hard work and dedication.
A truly remarkable film-great job to everyone involved!

Burak Özçivit boring AF! Probably this is his most "Epic Fail"!!! The plot is also a failure.
The film "To Die For" with Kerem Bursin is a real requiem film dedicated to courageous people whose profession is to defend their Homeland!
They don't think for themselves, they don't expect honors and awards. They're just doing their job.
But the way they do it makes people proud and respect them.
Kerem's hero, military pilot Onur Kiskin, is tasked with coming to the rescue of his comrades in a difficult situation. There was a moment when he could turn the plane around and return to base.
No one would have condemned him for this, because his commanders considered it impossible to complete the task.
But he could not abandon his comrades and came to their aid, putting his life in terrible danger.
For this guy, other people's lives were more important than his own, and he simply couldn't do anything else.
In the film, each character is a separate human story, full of personal loss, courage and faith.
It's a difficult movie.
There is a lot of war, blood and suffering of ordinary people in it. The scenes where children play on ruins and abandoned military equipment stand out especially.
There is practically no wildlife in the film, just rocks, destruction and scorched earth.
But even in such terrible conditions, people live there who do not lose hope and believe in a bright future.
The death of a soldier in a war is a plausible and understandable event.
But the death of civilians, especially children, is the most terrible and unfair thing that war has.
This film is about faith in justice.
The fact that nothing goes unnoticed, and those whose lives a soldier saved at the cost of his own, should always remember this.
Kerem put the soul of a bright man into his hero.
His Onur Kiskin was beautiful!!
