Meryem

The story - familiar from so many others Turkish series. A girl, her love story, men around her, mixed feelings, drama, good looking actors and the drops of sentimental complications. And , sure, the expectations of viewer. Nothing new. But enough for a decent story and the temptation to identify yourself with characters. So, a nice serie.

This is a decent series. Plot is ok though quite twisted and many events are predictable. Would have been better if the series was faster paced. There's a lot of car scenes - getting in and out of cars, driving here and there.... Just too slow. Guess the series would have been good if there were around 20 episodes. I did a lot of fast forwarding. 2 main stars are great at their acting and look good together. It was a series I watched while waiting for new summer series to be released during pandemic. Otherwise, I guess I would have deferred watching it.

If physical torture had a name that would be Meryem. I gave up on them, I could not bare the direction this show was going to...most of all, could not bare to see Meryem with her high "morals" and "ethics" patronizing almost everyone, whilst covering up for a killer... The way she act is like the world owes her something,because she is such a nice girl, who just happened to be a part of a murder (but that ok, she is a lilly from the valley) Actors are all below average, especially the ones playing Meryem and the prosecutor.

Story is similar to secret love kdrama bt cant compare 2 series. Kdrama is way way better thn this. Main lead meryem is very average, always crying and sad, unnecessary long stretching story. At one point i wanted to stop watching it. Male lead Furkan Andoc is very charming, only interesting thing to watch😉😉
