Rajaratha

I watched it with no expectations and I liked it. Not a great story and nothing classy with the comedy either but all together I enjoyed watching it. One must be knowing kannada well to catch the jokes and also have a little bit of 'yester years kannada cinema actors' background to catch the jokes. I like Nirup Bhandaris acting! First half was more natural compared to second.

Film didn't tasted as much success as it was needed.

I watched it without Anything in the mind .

I totally Liked It.

No Story as such. Bad Punch Dialogues and bad acting by nirup and Avantika. Ary's acting is good other than that there is nothing in the movie. First half is so boring, you will feel to walk out of theater. second half is much boring than first half. I think it released in USA the same day as India because if they release after 1 month no one will see here. Hope the director understands his mistake and come back with good movie next time.

This film was all over the place!!!! Several times, the narrator (Rajartham -- whoever he was, this was never explained) would be telling a part of the story and say that he would come back to something later. Then later on in the film he'd come back to it -- this resulted in the story-line being very disjointed and hard to follow. And there was an ever *bigger* problem with the subtitles; occasionally there would be dialogue but there would be no English subtitles on the screen at all. Even worse than that, whenever there was singing, 99% of the time the song lyrics never appeared as subtitles on the screen at all!!! As a result, those of us watching the film who only spoke English had absolutely no clue as to what the actors were singing about or what the heck was going on for the duration of the song. I paid $12 dollars to see this film and felt truly cheated because there were several scenes which consisted of song routines!!!! (I actually went to see this film twice with both the Telugu and Kannada versions just to see if there were any differences and had the same experience with both. Terrible film making for the foreign audience!!!!!!!)
