Madison Clark, Victor Strand and Daniel Salazar reunite with two ghosts of the past in Fear the Walking Dead's "Iron Tiger." A character volunteers to infiltrate Troy's camp to assassinate him, and make up for past wrongdoings. A character's death changes the course for the fight for Padre, splitting up allies and installing a new leader for Padre.
The following contains spoilers for Fear the Walking Dead Season 8, Episode 8, "Iron Tiger," which debuted Sunday, Oct. 29 on AMC. This article also contains a brief discussion of suicide.
If bringing back two characters of Madison Clark's past wasn't overwhelming enough for her in "Anton," Fear the Walking Dead has a load more surprises in store for her in "Iron Tiger." On the run from Troy's group, Madison deals with the fallout from learning about her daughter Alicia's fate (if Troy can be trusted on his word) at a Padre outpost.

Troy Otto makes his return to Fear the Walking Dead with some astounding news: he killed a fan-favorite character off-screen. Troy has never proven himself to be a trustworthy character, and could easily be manipulating Madison with a horrendous lie. If Troy is telling the truth, it would be a disservice to kill off the aforementioned character off-screen given her overall importance to the story.
The following contains spoilers for Fear the Walking Dead Season 8, Episode 7, "Anton," which debuted Sunday, Oct. 22 on AMC.
Off-screen "deaths" are classic "gotcha!" instruments for The Walking Dead universe. Who could forget Glenn being "eaten" by walkers, only for a later episode to reveal that he climbed under the dumpster in an event now infamously known as "Dumpster-Gate." Fear the Walking Dead's Daniel Salazar seemingly burned himself alive in Season 2, but returned in Season 3 to then have another fake-out death. Season 4 continued the trend once more with Madison Clark,...

The following contains spoilers for Fear the Walking Dead Season 8, Episode 7, "Anton," which debuted Sunday, Oct. 22 on AMC.
Love him or hate him, there is no Fear the Walking Dead without Victor Strand. Among the various feuds and blood battles throughout the series, he's only been on one side: Victor Strand's side. He may have made some allies along the way, but he managed to burn even more bridges, leading him to face an unforeseen future in the Season 7 finale.

Victor Strand's return in Fear The Walking Dead reveals his mysterious backstory during the seven-year time skip. Strand abandons his villain persona and tries to make amends for his past actions, but fails. He finds a community at the Emissary Suites hotel, falls in love, becomes a father figure, and becomes a leader within the settlement.
Victor Strand finally makes his Fear The Walking Dead return following an extended absence, and the former villain has evidently been busy during his time offscreen. As a Fear The Walking Dead veteran, the smarmy arrogance of Colman Domingo's Victor Strand has been virtually ever-present throughout AMC's zombie apocalypse spinoff. The stench of cheap cologne and lies dissipated after Fear The Walking Dead season 7's ending. Strand was one of the many characters seen boarding a raft out of Texas following the fall of his domain, the Tower, but throughout the...
