Chris Cunningham is the imaginative madman behind such videos as "Rubber Johnny" and "All is Full of Love", and, in my opinion, he's one of the finest filmmakers and artists currently working. "Come to Daddy" is among his many collaborations with Aphex Twin, whose music matches the deranged and creative genius of Cunningham's limitless mind perfectly. It's a quick, intense film; one that is only six minutes in length but still attains the scope of a mega million dollar three hour Hollywood epic while also being original and surprisingly (or not so surprisingly if you're familiar enough with Cunningham's work) scary. Some of the visuals here will stick with me for the rest of my life, and I don't mind that at all! It's good to be creeped out every now and then, and it's even better if you enjoy it! And, by God, this is the kind of demented, violent, anarchic, insane, absurd, and surrealistic film that I enjoy!
