Avis à la une
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a great expansion of what was already an amazing game for the Wii U. Nintendo can't make bad games. I think it's pretty simple that they can do next to no wrong, besides the Wii U's launch itself. Mario Kart 8 is a wonderful: in every sense of the word. The gameplay is phenomenal, the graphics are indisputably gorgeous and the music is still riveting and nostalgic. F-Zero, The Legend of Zelda, Yoshi's Island, Donkey Kong, Mario: all the Nintendo references you can think of inhabit and give beautiful life to this milestone in gaming.
An absolute achievement in Nintendo's 100+ years of history, Mario Kart 8 is a beautiful reflection of what the company's achieved since the early 80s. The company may not have started out in gaming, but it's defined it since they made the transition to gaming in the 20th Century. This is the absolute best installment in the series.

The perfect arcade racer. Beating all the 200cc cups with 3 stars is an entertaining and fast-paced journey that will keep you engaged. The extra content is beautiful and well designed (tracks, characters, vehicles).
Even though it's a re-release of a 2014 game, it holds up incredibly well. It brought back that same joy I used to feel playing Mario Kart 64, but now with way more characters, more tracks, and even better graphics and gameplay - and the fact that it's portable just makes it better.
No wonder it's the best-selling game on the Switch. It's accessible, polished, and just pure fun. A must-have for gamers of all ages.

This is one of my favorite Nintendo Switch games of all time, and it's the Switch game I've played the most as of now. I'd have to agree with what a couple of the other reviews say: this is a piece of Nintendo nostalgia! There is a wide variety of different Nintendo characters to play as: Mario, Luigi, Bowser, Bowser Jr, Yoshi, Link, Villager, Tom Nook, Toad, Donkey Kong, Princess Peach, and many more. There's a lot of fast paced and catchy music that plays when the races go on, and it sounds similar to music from old video games and makes the game more fun to play!
There are a lot of unique locations to race at, like Cheese Land, Baby Park, City Tracks, Animal Crossing, and many more. Each of the locations have a specific theme, sometimes ones related to aspects of the other games that the characters are from, like babies, music, trains, rainbows, sweet foods, mushrooms, Yoshi's Island, and more, which gives the game uniqueness, a lot of detail, and huge combinations of the characters' franchises! They're all so bright and colorful, especially Rainbow Road. There's one location looks a lot like Andy's room from Toy Story, but I can't think of the name of it.
I didn't know this until I searched up this game on here, but this and Mario Kart 8 are 2 different games. I read in another review that this is an expanded version of Mario Kart 8. I like the sound of that!

When the wii u first came out, I was excited and was one of the first people to ever buy one, and when I first bought it, I got Mario kart 8 inside of the console, I loved the original game, then one day, I bought the dlc and those tracks were amazing too, then years later, they remade the game but deluxe version, at first I thought this would be a dumb idea because remaking a seventh sequel to that good game as well, seemed pointless, but when I a tually played this, I loved it even more than the original, but it makes me feel like I didn't have to buy the dlc for the original game, when it's all right here in the game for free, and also, the only thing that actually frustrates me is the fact that a few days ago, the whole pre order thing for this game is STUPID, If you know what I mean, I will just get to the bad part, FOR THOSE WHO UNDERSTAND, THIS MEANS I WILL HAVE TO WAIT A WHOLE TWO YEARS, JUST TO BUY 48 TRACKS. I PROBABLY WONT EVEN BE PLAYING THIS GAME IN TWO YEARS BECAUSE MARIO KART 10 WILL BE OUT BY THEN, but the overall game itself is amazing.
96 total tracks, biggest character roster of any Mario Kart game, an endless kart customization that unfolds as you beat more tracks, an online mode, what's not to love?
I've been a fan of the Mario Kart series since the GameCube era. Double Dash will always be my favorite but this one is a close second but deserves it because of the amount of fun content available in this game.
They're announcing Mario Kart 9, but unless they bring back double karts like in Double Dash, I'm not interested. Because there's not much else left to go after 8 Deluxe.
Mario Kart 8 (&Deluxe) are my favorite racing games in an industry filled to the brim with racing games. Modern racing games just don't compare to the goofy, fun combat racing that Mario Kart offers.
This game is well worth its price and DLC price, you'll have dozens of hours of gameplay and will want to keep going back for more.
