Souvenir

Came across this on Amazon Prime today. Not sure what to expect as didn't see a trailer, so I dug in and was gripped from the start. Mainly due to the very good and natural acting of the main female star, Isabel and also the captivating and odd professor. This movie has a lot of emotional undercurrents, I won't give anything away but it's a slow, steady, excellent script and the direction it's heading in.... Lorrrrd the direction it's heading in is unexpected to say the least. I could not predict that ending and what a pleasant surprise it was. 10/10 as this was low budget but a real dramatic masterpiece!

Many topics in this story. They cannot focus in something (i.e. Paternity, maternity) they jump from one topic to another that it's difficult to concentrate in something. All of them shallow. The epilogue is unnecessary. I was thinking of that from the initial scenes.

I mean seriously. 10 stars by back to back reviewers with the exact same email but with a hyphen???? It takes credibility away from the movie.

Despite these obvious fake reviews the movie wasnt bad. I didnt know if i would like it 5 minutes it but the dark tale and acting where not to bad

Strong performances, esp from Paulina Gaitan, of Narcos fame, as the surrogate mother. The story moves along with twists and turns. Poignant and gripping. Highly recommend...

Really enjoyed this. It's an interesting story with a real twist right at the end. Direction, acting and script very good and definitely worth a 7.

I'd not seen any of the cast before so will look out for them in future productions.
