Overacting but moving story

This tv movie special pulls no punches as it seeks your sympathy for the N Korean refugee in S Korea who becomes a ballet dancer. The actor overacts sometimes and there is too much wailing about his sister. They could have picked someone who danced a bit better. Lee Yong Woo slightly plump for a dancer but who can actually dance plays the over the hill dancer who teaches him. It's quite moving at times if only it had been more restrained it would have been more effective.
