Such an important film!

My Apocalyptic Thanksgiving is an instant classic. It's got everything you could ask for from a movie, and then some...And living in such uncertain times, it truly is a breath of fresh air. You'll laugh. You'll cry. You'll survive.

It was my absolute pleasure designing the poster for y'all!

A delightful film about the power of forgiveness and family!

What a wonderful surprise this indie flick turned out to be. Many heart tugging moments with a star turn by actor Joshua Warren Bush. Oh and there are zombies too!

There was some nice interplay between the movie within a movie, and the movie.

All made possible by strong writing. The score was another high note, pun intended.

The themes of family and forgiveness are explored nicely with really good ending, not unlike the ending of the Wizard of Oz.

To be sure there are times when the budget constraints are obvious and some members of the cast are stronger than others. Yet there are some nice performances, including Callie Gilbert as the daughter in the zombi apocalypse.

Anecdotes
As Richard Soriano was driving around the special needs adults, one of them overheard an ad on the radio. It was something to the effect of "Finding your soulmate online". He inquired, "If you can find your soulmate online, then why can't I find my mother?" Some of the other guys, who don't have relationships with their families in their lives, asked the same question. This has been a common theme with special needs adults lacking family involvement.
