Karingunnam 6's

Excellent Malayalam movie is "Karinkunnam 6s". Acting of Manju Warrier, Anoop Menon and others are super. good songs screen play and direction. Different age groups likes this move surely. No time and money waste. The story related to Volley Ball. The team members are prisoners. I and my family enjoyed this movie very well. Another good film of Manju Warrier. I wish all the very best to all the team of Karinkunnam 6s. Manju's story selection is very good. Special congrats to Deepu Karunakaran for direction and Arunlal Ramachandran for the story. Manju Warrier's character Vandana is very efficient lady and she fulfilled Aby's wish.

I started watching this movie with great hope. Sports movie , Manju Warrior , Anup Menon, Director Deepu karunakaran. Team was very good. But the Thrill a sports movie should create is missing in this movie throughout.

This is primarily because of shaky script, where lot of illogical things are there. Two main points i could not digest are

1. Coach vandana knows the team is practicing is jail ground without shoes. Why she couldn't foresee that , this team will fail if they don't practice with shoe in an indoor court. This is basic thing which a coach should do 2. just before semi final match, Dougles ( babu antony) is released from jail. I could not understand why he cannot play in the forthcoming match. Even in the last match we see him sitting in gallery. He could have participated and avoided the melodrama of bringing samudrakkani in that match.

The biggest disappointment was Manju's performance . Even though she was a volleyball coach, we never saw here playing along with the team.It needs a lot of hard work to play such role by understanding and practicing volleyball, Looks like manju didn't do that.

Chakde India , bhag milka bhag were two perfect sports movies where each viewer was on the edge of the seat during climax scene. But karingunnam sixes failed to create that excitement during climax. To add on to this , Jagadeesh presence was really a pain during the match.

A huge applause for bringing such a fantastic film to us. The thrill it imparts is nowhere close to any Eid releases. Especially compared to others, this film can be watched with family and friends.The shots and camera by Jayakrishna Gummadi is just awesome.Besides, the direction by Deepu Karunakaran is just the added magic to all the elements like casting,scenes, choreography etc. Finally the hard work put in by actors to put together a good entertainer to public including youth, teens and families is just leaving me awestruck. Must watch for it inculcates good values to stand by ones dear ones, to never give up, to step into the shoes of others and to be a team to make the task easier.

This was one of very few sports movie of Mollywood. It was really good movie. There were few flaws, but other than that it was really nice movie.

It was a wonderful experience to watch senior actors Babu Antony, Baiju etc sharing screen space with Sudev, Padmarajan and Gregory. The beginning song is so soothing that it added to the elegance of opening of a film. I watched it with my friends and now plan to accompany my parents too. Simple, ordinary person rises to an occasion in times of difficulties. It speaks of how will power and wit can take one a long way.The best part is Manju has come back in a new role which steals hearts of people. Just awesome movie. Hats off to Deepu and the team who brought it to people. Its the best film among all Eid releases. And hope to see such good movies.
