.... sooo obviously predictable.
And for black parents to allow that teen girl to get away with all of that, including the grandma... Wendy Raquel Robinson, is nauseating, upsetting and trash.
Feels like all non-black humans wrote this very cotton-candy boring predictable script.
Struggled to get to episode 4, only cause I went to college & was friends with Wendy, but honestly, in 2021 when I found this on Prime, I just wished Wendy had put her elbow in this thing and fixed it.
No one on the cast is a bad actor. They are all just dialing it. Doing Repetitive thoughtless acting sheet from the 1980s - when some (on thIs cast) were not even born yet....
To be clear, it can recover. It can have hope. But season 1 ... every episode - script-wise... is badddddddddd!!!!
I'm guessing LaToya Luckett has a hand in getting this green lit!!
Hope you can resurrect it before ever going in for a Season 2.
The writing is Total boring trash. #ijs
