Hutchins and Jenner met through a shared hair stylist around the time that Jenner publicly came out as a transgender woman. Hutchins, who had transitioned in college and not yet graduated, became one of Jenner’s closest confidantes as the former Olympian re-entered public life.

Hutchins served as the executive director and CEO of the Caitlyn Jenner Foundation, Jenner’s nonprofit that holds a mission for transgender activism. She also worked as Jenner’s manager, handling public engagements and other business affairs.

Before Sophia Hutchins was identified as the victim of a deadly Atv crash this week, a local Los Angeles news outlet had reported on the crash and shared video footage of the crash site.

It appears that the multiple crashes have occurred at the same spot and Sophia‘s Atv actually crashed right on top of an upside down vehicle that was left behind in the ravine. The crash occurred near her client Caitlyn Jenner‘s Malibu home.

Sophia died on Wednesday (July 2) after she swiped another vehicle and was thrown off the edge of the road, down 350 feet into a ravine, according to TMZ.

Updated: Caitlyn Jenner’s Malibu home has survived the devastating Woolsey Fire that has swept through northern Los Angeles and Ventura County since Thursday morning.

The former Olympian and reality TV star was able to return to the hilltop house overlooking the Pacific Ocean on Sunday, and said she found it untouched by the fire that had reached 83,000 acres as of Sunday morning, forcing more than a quarter million people to evacuate. She had until not known the house’s fate.

The former I Am Cait star took to Instagram on Friday to share a video of herself walking along the beach in a low-cut, V-neck one-piece bathing suit as her “authentic self.”
