Madonna Announces 2023 North American Tour – Setlist & Ticket Info

Madonna has scheduled the dates for her Celebration tour, a journey across North America and Europe starting in July. She announced the tour with a video that pays tribute to her 1990 film Truth or Dare. The video features stars such as Jack Black, Lil Wayne, Kate Berlant and Eric André. It ends with Amy Schumer daring Madonna to go on tour and perform all of her hits.

In the announcement, Madonna said, “I am excited to explore as many songs as possible in hopes to give my fans the show they have been waiting for.”

Bob the Drag Queen, also known as Caldwell Tidicue, will serve as the special guest on all dates.

Global sales shingle The Yellow Affair has acquired world rights to the modern love story “Power of Love” by German helmer Jonas Rothlaender, whose breakthrough movie “Fado” nabbed a Silver Hugo at Chicago and a German Film Critics’ for best feature debut.

Julia M. Müller and Luisa Leopold are producing for Germany’s StickUp Filmproduktion, in co-production with Misha Jaari and Mark Lwoff of Finland’s Bufo (“The Gravedigger’s Wife”).

The director’s sophomore feature film turns on power dynamics in a couple and the social norms expected of a male/female relationship.

Toplining the feature are Saara Kotkaniemi and Nicola Perot as Saara and Robert, both in their 30s, who set off on an extensive summer holiday in the Finnish archipelago.

Oscar nominees Emily Watson and Richard E. Grant have been set to star in director Jason Wingard’s romantic comedy Fado! from a script by Andrea Mann. Global sales agent Protagonist Pictures will introduce the project to buyers at the upcoming Cannes Market.

Fado!, which marks the first time Watson and Grant have shared the screen since they both starred in Robert Altman’s Academy Award-winning period drama Gosford Park, will be shot on location in Lisbon, Portugal and Wolverhampton, UK.

The film follows Linda (Watson), a crossword enthusiast, choral society member, wife and mother of two, and her music lecturer husband, Jim (Grant), who are about to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary with a romantic trip to Lisbon. Film News: Award Honorees at 52nd Chicago International Film Festival
Chicago – The recently completed 52nd Chicago International Film Festival offered a world perspective on cinema, and honors the films that will influence the arts culture for years to come. Their Awards Night was October 21st, 2016, and was hosted by Richard Roeper, film critic of the Chicago Sun Times. The recipient of the top prize of the fest, the Gold Hugo, was “Sieranevada” (Romania), directed by Cristi Puiu.
