The characters guess at the price of a bottle of 62 year old Macallan Scotch, which Jason is revealed to have opened unknowingly; in fact, Macallan put up a special run of their 62 year old, with the price starting at $25,000. However, it was bottled in special Lalique decanters, and would not be mistaken for run of the mill Scotch, even regular Macallan.
