The upcoming original Cygames anime Necronomico and the Cosmic Horror Show has a whole pantheon of characters to introduce, from gaming hopefuls to otherworldly beings. Today, we're meeting three of those characters in their own short character trailers. First up, say hello to Nao-kichi, voiced by Taichi Ichikawa (Bam in Tower of God ). This genius manga artist is participating in the VR game at the center of the series as a way to get inspiration for his next big title. Lovecraft's 1935 story "Out of the Aeons." While his namesake is considered indescribable, this version of Ghatanothoa has a bird's head and a cool jacket. He is described as a sadist who loves to quote lines from famous books.

The official accounts for the Tower of God anime series today released a new trailer for its upcoming second season featuring the opening theme song "Rise Up" performed by nine-member Japanese girl group NiziU . The group also perform the anime's new ending theme song, "Believe."
