Eight years since he exited the franchise, Michael Bay is reportedly returning to direct a Transformers film. The new report suggests that talks between Paramount and the filmmaker have been going on for a year now. It is reported that it is a mutually beneficial deal where both parties stand to gain significantly if Bay returns to the helm after Transformers: The Last Knight.
Bay created a unique fanbase for the Transformers movies, starting in 2007. By the time he made his third film, Dark of the Moon, the films were at the peak of their popularity, with this film earning a billion dollars at the box office.
While his next film was also a billion-dollar hit, it was a critical disaster. He dropped out of the franchise after the fifth film, The Last Knight, fell to the $600 million mark at the box office, the lowest for the franchise at that time.

Stars: Katie Ford, Will Conway, Nick Field, Tim Cummins, Alfie Waters, Lyla Tolan, Gerry Conway | Written by Gary Redwin | Directed by Mark Adlington
The Whisper Within the Woods is the feature debut of director Mark Adlington and screenwriter Gary Redwin. It was filmed on what looks to be a super-low budget, which unfortunately shows through every frame of the film. That’s a shame, as the film has a decent idea at its core – if not a New idea.
Opening with a pre-credits sequence, The Whisper Within the Woods follows two school kids, brother and sister Sarah and Daniel who, after reading a story about a local witch in the woods head off to see if they can uncover the truth. But there’s a problem. Two local knife-wielding bullies are looking for them too, finding them on the woodland path and threatening to cut them. What follows is either...

Deadpool And Wolverine Officially Rated R For "Bloody Violence, Language, Gore, & Sexual References"
When it was announced that Marvel Studios was moving forward with a third Deadpool movie, it was generally assumed that the Merc With a Mouth's antics would be toned down to meet the usual PG-13 rating.
After all, it was difficult to imagine the Disney-owned studio giving the go-ahead to an McU-set project filled with gruesome violence, F-bombs, and whatever other outrageous references/innuendo Wade Wilson's unhinged mind could conjure up.
Director Shawn Levy would later confirm the rumors that the movie would be rated R, and any lingering doubts vanished after the first trailer for Deadpool and Wolverine showcased plenty of blood, bad language, and... pegging.
Now, the MPA has given the movie an official R-rating for: "Strong bloody violence and language throughout, gore, and sexual references."
Does this mean we can expect more R-rated MCU movies going forward? If D&w is a success - and early tracking...
