“31 Candles,” a romantic comedy from “Exmas” director Jonah Feingold, has been acquired by Level 33 Entertainment.

The film will hit theaters in North America later this year. Level 33 will also represent “31 Candles” for international sales at the upcoming Cannes Film Market.

“31 Candles” follows a 30-year-old New Yorker named Leo Kadner (Feingold), who spontaneously plans his long-overdue Bar Mitzvah after running into his former summer camp crush, Eva Shapiro (newcomer Sarah Coffey). Jackie Sandler, Dale Moss (“The Bachelorette”), comedian Jared Freid, Catherine Cohen (“Only Murders In The Building”), Lori Tan Chinn (“A Man on the Inside”), Caroline Aaron (“The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”), Larry Owens (“Abbott Elementary”) round out the cast.

“This is all a Bar Mitzvah boy could ever want — a chance to share a personal, funny, Jewish love story with the world,” Feingold said. “I hope audiences support our completely independent film.”

Feingold also wrote and directed “31 Candles,” which is his fifth feature film.

Chock Chapple was the big winner of the first season of The Golden Bachelorette.

He received Joan Vassos’ final rose and, in turn, got down on one knee and proposed.

Life after The Golden Bachelorette seems to be working out great for them, too.

The pair wasted no time getting their plans in motion and they’re already in New York City scouting out apartments.

Rather than just splitting time between his home in Wichita and hers in Rockville, Maryland, the pair also decided to share an NYC apartment to fulfill their dreams of living in the Big Apple.

After fulfilling some of their press obligations, the pair jetted off to NYC and have been sharing updates with fans ever since.

After months of speculation, it was revealed that a previous Bachelorette, Kaitlyn Bristowe, is dating another former Bachelorette’s ex.

The 39-year-old Bachelor Nation star was a guest on the “U, Up?” podcast on Sunday (August 25) with hosts Jordana Abraham and comedian Jared Freid.

Five famous soccer stars are trying to find true love undercover in Peacock's new dating show Love Undercover. The show will follow these stars as they portray regular guys in Los Angeles in hopes of forming deeper connections with women. Love Undercover premieres on May 9, 2024, with three episodes, continuing with three episodes per week and ending on May 23.

In Peacock's new unscripted reality series Love Undercover, world-famous athletes disguise their true identities in the search for true love. The first season of the dating show will follow five world-class soccer players as they date women who don't know that they're rich and famous. Love Undercover is a modern-day fairytale meets buddy comedy about an elite group of international soccer stars who come to the United States on a secret quest for true love.

“Exmas” filmmaker Jonah Feingold is directing a new romantic comedy, “31 Candles.”

The independent film will feature the ensemble cast of Jackie Sandler, Dale Moss of “The Bachelorette” fame, comedian Jared Freid, Catherine Cohen (“The Twist…? She’s Gorgeous”), “Abbot Elementary” actor Larry Owens and newcomer Sarah Coffey.

The call sheet also includes Caroline Aaron (“The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”), Djouliet Amara (“The Big Door Prize” on Apple TV+), Seth Barrish (“Billion”) and Lori Tan Chinn (“Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens”). It recently wrapped in production in New York City.

“31 Candles” is inspired by Feingold’s life and follows a 30-year-old New Yorker named Leo Kadner (Feingold), who has a Bar Mitzvah after running into his former summer camp crush, Eva Shapiro (Coffey). He must navigate situationships, exes, and relatives to complete his Mitzvah project… and maybe even grow up. The coming-of-age film explores tradition, identity, and how far someone will go for a former love.

Netflix announced on Monday that A Woman’s Prayer, the first-ever comedy special from actor and comedian Kountry Wayne, will premiere on the platform September 19th.

Filmed at the Warner Theatre in Washington, D.C., the special has the rising star comic meditate on everything from fatherhood to gender dynamics and faith. It’s directed by Jeff Tomsic, who in addition to the 2018 feature comedy Tag and shows like Idiotsitter, has helmed specials for everyone from Bert Kreischer to Steve Rannazzisi (Breaking Dad), Kurt Metzger (White Precious) and the late Norm Macdonald (the 3x Emmy-nominated Nothing Special).

Justin Timberlake has delivered his third Super Bowl performance — and the internet had plenty to say about it.

The Grammy winner, 37, hit the field at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis to headline the Pepsi Halftime show, performing a slew of hits from his nearly 20-year musical career. Twitter was immediately flooded with conflicting reactions, with some raving about the show and others criticizing sound issues.

Several celebrities had high praise to sing about Timberlake, including Jimmy Fallon, Nick Jonas, Ellen DeGeneres and Demi Lovato.
