Linné Bardarson
- In his early 70's Linne started to study the cello.
- When Linne moved to Alaska in 1949, he was unofficially given the title "Tallest man in Alaska".
- After the death of his father, Linne's mother went into business for herself as Northwest Sampling Service in Seattle, marketing brand names for food, she also became a commercial fisherman one summer in Alaska in 1958, gill netting in Snettisham. Eventually she earned her nursing degree at the age of 66.
- Linne grew up in Carmel, California where his father was superintendent of school and created the Carmel Unified School District.
