Son Vik (Vikramjeet) Samra is married to actor Paintal's daughter Mitasha. Vik has opened a production company called "Bliss Point Entertainment" with Abhay Deol. It is based in Surrey British Columbia, Canada.

Son Raj Samra is married to Mandy Samra. They have a son and daughter and live in Surrey,British Columbia,Canada.

Daughter in law Mitasha Paintal was training to be a actress. She met her future husband Vik (Vikramjeet) Samra at the acting classes. He is the son of actor Jagdarshan Samra and was from Cananda. She later decided to get married and not get into acting.
