She bought him a Boston Red Socks painting (as he is a huge fan) and got it signed by the players. She also made him a necklace filled with sand from Panama (where they fell in love) and sand from the Bahamas (where they were married).

He and Russell Hantz are the only players to play "Survivor" more than twice and never sit on a jury.
