Anecdotes

Terry Sasaki's father is Japanese born in America & his mother Chinese from Shanghai.

Terry has done all his own stunts & martial arts in all his movies, even going to the hospital once "for his art".

Terry has had more training as a writer but much more experience as an actor.

Starting as a swimsuit model in Hawaii, Terry was discovered on the beach by an agent.

Terry enjoys dancing hip-hop & singing karaoke during his free time.

Terry has participated in multiple volunteer activities for decades including teaching English/Japanese/Chinese, working at soup kitchens, disaster relief, working with kids/animals, etc.

Terry received training as a producer at the Manhattan Neighborhood Network.

Terry Sasaki has donated about 10 gallons of blood & has been on the bone-marrow & organ donor registries since he was old enough to be eligible.

Terry is very active in veteran rights & health because his father is a disabled Korean War Veteran of the U.S. Army (Sergeant - mortar division). In addition, four of his uncles were also U.S. military veterans (World War II & Korean).

Sasaki spoke on behalf of the Japanese Consulate General previously and continues to participate in leadership positions in multiple Asian & Asian American groups.
