He was the webmaster for a Troma fan site called Tromatized! from 2002 to 2006.

Raised most of the budget for Raising The Stakes (2005) by pocketing his spending money from a school trip to Disney World.

He completed his first feature film Raising The Stakes (2005), which he wrote, directed, edited, produced, and shot, when he was only seventeen years old and founded The Mini-Cinema Film Festival, a small, completely free film festival in 2003, when he was only fifteen years old.

Winner of the 2005 Outstanding Art Student award from the Arts and Humanities Commission of Fairmont, West Virginia for his work in film.

Worked at the Warner Theater in Morgantown, WV for nearly 5 years until its closure in 2010. He shot his segment of Faces of Schlock (2009) at the theater in 2009.
