Sometimes when a horror franchise is really on a roll, we’ll get sequels that are just one year apart from each other. But the waiting period between Child’s Play 2 and the movie we’re looking at in the new episode of the Wtf Happened to This Horror Movie? video series, Child’s Play 3 (watch it Here) was even shorter than a year. The third Child’s Play movie reached theatres just nine months after the second one! In new artwork, Jim Carrey praised Jon Stewart for advocating 9/11 first responders and blasted Rudy Giuliani, who was mayor of New York City during the terrorist attacks.

“Kudos Jon Stewart for supporting the heroes of 9/11 who gave all to fulfill their duty while Congress, as usual, ran to hide from theirs like cockroaches when you turn the lights on. And speaking of insects where is ‘America’s Mayor’? Shouldn’t Rudy be fighting for these people?,” the actor-turned-artist tweeted.

Peter Haskell was a leading television actor from the early 1960s. He starred in numerous tele-films including the sci-fi and horror titles The Eyes of Charles Band (1972), The Phantom of Hollywood (1974), The Cloning of Clifford Swimmer (1974), The Suicide Club (1974), Mandrake (1979), Disney’s Shadow of Fear (1979), and Stunt Seven (1979). He was also featured as Mr. Sullivan, Good Guys Toys CEO, in the Chucky horror films Child’s Play 2 (1990) and Child’s Play 3 (1991)

Haskell was born in Boston, Massachusetts, on October 15, 1934, the son of geophysicist Norman Haskell. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard, and spent two years in the U.S. Army from 1954 to 1956. He was soon performing on stage in Boston, Canada, and New York. Haskell began his long career on television in 1964, and was featured as Peter Jellicoe in the “Wolf 359″ episode of The Outer Limits later in the year. American actor/director Peter Haskell has died, aged 75.

Haskell, perhaps best-known for starring in U.S. TV series Bracken's World, died of natural causes at his Northridge, California home on 12 April.

His acting career began on stage in the 1960s and he landed his first TV role in Death Valley Days in 1964.

Haskell was also featured on 1980s U.S. soap opera Ryan's Hope, while his additional TV credits include Lassie, Barnaby Jones, Vega$, Murder, She Wrote and the 2009 series finale of ER.

Haskell only filmed two movies, appearing in the Child's Play horror movies in the 1990s.

He is survived by two children.

Peter Haskell, a veteran stage, screen and TV actor best known for his role as Kevin Grant in the prime-time drama, "Bracken's World," died April 12 in Northridge, California. He was 75.The news of his death was first posted by his daughter, Audra, on his Facebook page. He died at home in his sleep of natural causes. Haskell's postings on Facebook were as recent as April 11. He mentions his wife and how much he'll enjoy the summer to come on April 5, and talks about the recent earthquake that was felt in most parts of Los Angeles April 4.
