In the New York - Police judiciaire (1990) episode Enemy (2004), Diaz's picture is featured in a photo collection of mugshots presented to a witness (although he is not featured in this episode, aside from the photo). Diaz had guest-starred on "Law & Order" before, as a murderer named Bobby Sabo in the episode Marathon (1999), and even earlier, as gun dealer Juan Domingo in the episode Kids (1994).
