Was on Sale of the Century (1983) in 1985, won the lot for $115,257 in the Winners Board format. In his first episode, he stole the championship in a tie-breaking question after the speed round. Then on his final episode, where he trailed the entire game until the end of the speed-round where he tied one of his opponents, his opponent answered the tiebreaker wrong, giving him the win and the lot.
