Olivier Dahan est né le 26 juin 1967 à La Ciotat, Bouches-du-Rhône, France. Il est réalisateur et scénariste. Il est connu pour La Môme (2007), La vie promise (2002) et Sold.
Before taking up film directing, he exhibited his paintings in a number
of one-man and group shows, made numerous music videos (for, amongst
others, Zucchero, Stéphane Eicher, Princesse Erika) and worked for
several record companies (Virgin, EMI, Sony, Polygram).
