premiere at Butler University, Indianapolis, Indiana, April 7 & 8,
2000, under the direction of Robert Lekan. The cast was as follos: Mike
Vanlandingham (Man), Margaret 'Len' Stewart (Slag). The crew was as
follows Hepsey Shipman (stage manager), Nikki Gatzimos (light board operator),
Kathryn McCutcheon (running crew/"Stripper"), and Laura Osseck (usher).
