- She acted in ten of her husband Alain Resnais's films: La vie est un roman (1983), L'amour à mort (1984), Mélo (1986), Smoking/No Smoking (1993), On connaît la chanson (1997), Pas sur la bouche (2003), Coeurs (2006), Les herbes folles (2009), Vous n'avez encore rien vu (2012), and Aimer, boire et chanter (2014).
- Bertrand Tavernier wanted to cast her in Bernadette Le Saché's role in Que la fête commence... (1975) but she wasn't free to accept the part. She subsequently worked with the director on two occasions - Un dimanche à la campagne (1984) for which she won the César for Best Actress and La vie et rien d'autre (1989) for which she was nominated for the same award.
