He is part of the pre-show for the ride Dinosaur! in Disney's Animal Kingdom in Orlando. He explains the reason for going back in time and saving a stray dinosaur, and his voice can be heard throughout the ride.

Met his first wife Laura on the set of Une créature de rêve (1985). They were married a year and a half later.

Best known by the public for his roles as Phil on The Larry Sanders Show (1992), as Josh Nicolé Blair on Les dessous de Veronica (1997) and as David Hodges on Les Experts (2000).

He made guest appearances on both La cinquième dimension (1985) and La treizième dimension (2002).

Was in the movie Combat High (1986) with Keith Gordon and later starred in Gordon's first film as director The Chocolate War (1988).
