On Thursday (July 17), the 39-year-old former Playmate filed court documents with the Los Angeles Superior Court to legally drop “Hefner” as her last name.

In the filing, Crystal petitioned to change her name from “Crystal Margaret Hefner” back to her maiden name, “Crystal Margaret Harris,” according to People.
