Best friend of actress Yasmine Bleeth. They met in 1985, when they both were series regulars on the soap opera Ryan's Hope (1975). They worked together again on Alerte à Malibu (1989).

Graduated from Dillard High School of the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and won a theatrical scholarship to the University of Florida, but declined it to pursue her career in Miami.

Auditioned for the role of "Cassie Winslow #2" on Haine et passion (1952) when Laura Wright abruptly exited the role, but lost to Nicole Forester.
