- Ernst August Schepmann est né le 21 juin 1931 en Allemagne. Il est acteur. Il est connu pour Der Hund von Baskerville (1955), Die Kramer (1969) et Fernfahrer (1963).
- After graduating from high school in his hometown of Hattingen in 1951 at the Waldstraße high school, he studied from 1951 to 1953 at the Hamburg University of Music and Theater. He then had engagements at the Theater im Zimmer and the Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Hamburg.
- In addition to his work as an actor, he took part in many radio plays and readings. In the audio book section, he is represented both with readings for children, for example "Der kleine Brüllbär feiert Weihnachten" (The Little Roaring Bear Celebrates Christmas) by Ingrid Uebe, and with audio books for adults, such as Dürrenmatt's classic "Die Panne" (The Panne).
