His Exosquad character Alec DeLeon was originally meant to die in the destruction of Mars in the episode "Heart of Mars", but the producers were strongly opposed to it. Instead, his DeLeon character died on the Moon during the invasion of Earth in The Fall of the Neosapien Empire Part 1: One Small Step, only to be resurrected in "Beyond Chaos" as a clone.
