Gary was in a film called The Vendor with Saffron Burrows, Michael Elphick and John Gordon Sinclair which had it's premier screening at the Lumiere at the Edinburgh Film Festival on the 16th August 2000. A street newspaper seller becomes the main suspect in a strange series of murders in which the victims are found wrapped in newspapers.
